English Yoga Classes

Join me for monthly yoga classes in English. There is nothing like taking a break from translating and letting your mind get into the flow of the practice.

20€ drop-in class or 50€ for 3 classes

Can’t make it on Fridays ?

The regular classes in Meylan have some English speakers. Although the classes are in given in French, but I translate and provide individual instructions in English to those students who need them.
