ENGLISH Iyengar® Yoga Classes

Starting in next week, I’ll be giving monthly Iyengar yoga classes in English. I’ve been teaching Iyengar yoga for over 20 years, but since moving to France, mostly in French. I am hoping to develop a community of English speaking practitioners in Grenoble.

Reclaim your attention, reset your nervous system, and discover a practice that uses the body and the breath to clear the mind. All levels welcome.

COST:

20€ drop-in class or 50€ for 3 classes

(– 20% reduction : period of fiancial difficulty, unemployed, students under 26 years old.) 

Can’t make it on Fridays ?

The regular classes in Meylan and Grenoble have some English speakers. Although the classes are in given in French, I translate and provide individual instructions in English to those students who need them.
